If you don't have finals this week, this can still apply to you. There is something so stressful about finding the perfect gift, the perfect outfit, and the perfect schedule for the holiday season.

So what can you do to keep all that stress down? Let me tell you.

1. Take a bubble bath. At 9PM, as soon as Desperate Housewives is over, that's what I'll be doing.  Warm water, silence, bath salts, bubble and Netflix. If you want to get really fancy, use a facial mask while veg. 

2. Check out this blog post, 55 ways to take care of yourself while you're busy.

3. Read the Focus. You can read it as a free PDF file, and it's such a great way to unwind and feel calmed down. 

4. Remind yourself that no matter what, it'll be over soon. Even if this next week (for finals) or three weeks (holidays) are awful, they will eventually end. And you'll be fine. 

5. Have a little dance party. I even put together some a playlist for you.
